CBI Water will be completing our yearly maintenance by flushing fire hydrants in your neighborhood soon! We will be completing this task beginning April 15 –2024 weather permitting and will go for approximately 7 weeks to service all areas. Go to the Information Page for more information.
CBI Office Hours to remit payments: Monday - Friday - 8:30am-4pm
Note Our Drop Box is always available even if we are out office. If you would like a receipt please note in envelope. No Card Payments in office only online!! We do charge a convenience fee to pay online as well.
Bill Pay
Once you have received your new CBI billing statement and wish to use our online service for payment or accessing your account you will need to register your account at: https://pay.waterbill.com/login-cbi.
You may also pay in person we ONLY accept check, money order or cash at our office located in the Sheridan Town Hall, 2773 Route 20, Sheridan during our listed office hours. A drop box is available for customers use after hours.
NO Payments will be accepted over the phone.

Creating an account online will allow us to notify each customer via email of any emergencies or information needed for CBI customers.

ABOUT
The Chadwick Bay Intermunicipal Water Works (CBI) was created as a billing, collection, and maintenance group to service the Northern Chautauqua Water District. The CBI is to be managed by the five elected leaders of the communities that are a part of the Northern Chautauqua County Water District. Members Supervisor Pagan, Town of Dunkirk, Mayor, Village of Brocton, Supervisor Lewis, Town of Portland, Supervisor Wik, Town of Sheridan and Supervisor Pacos from the Town of Pomfret. The main office will be located and managed from the Town of Sheridan as a single billing and collection location to serve the entire district.

ANNUAL WATER QUALITY REPORTS
To comply with State regulations the City of Dunkirk will be annually issuing a report describing the quality of your drinking water. The purpose of this report is to raise your understanding of drinking water and awareness of the need to protect our drinking water sources. Below are links to the annual reports.
